Regulation “About national treasury taking the special permit for vodka” was approved at the Mongolian People’s Party Central Committee’s 5^th Assembly and People’s Republic Government’s 7^th Assembly. Thus, first vodka distillery opened its doors in Ulaanbaatar city with 14 employees.
